I got a new iPhone. What happens to my friendship?
If your new iPhone is signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account, your friendship, your seal’s name, birthday, and more carry over. Photos inside the app don’t carry over, so save the ones you want to keep to Photos.
I bought the Expansion Pack but can’t use it / I got a new iPhone
In the app, tap Menu → Restore Purchases. With the same Apple Account you bought it with, you can use it again (there’s no charge).
I can’t go to the aquarium anymore
The aquarium is part of the Expansion Pack (Menu → Expansion Pack). Once you have it, you can visit anytime from the Aquarium button in the top right.
When do ads appear?
Only when you choose “Watch” for “Today’s special” in Food (up to 3 times a day). With the Expansion Pack, you get it with no ads.
There’s no sound
Check that Menu → Settings → Sound is on in the app, and that your iPhone’s volume isn’t turned down.
I want to turn off notifications / change their time
You can change them in the app under Menu → Settings → Notifications. You can also turn them off in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Fluffy Seal.
I want to start over
In the app, Menu → Reset Data clears your friendship and your memories together, and takes you back to the day you first met. The photos you’ve taken stay. This can’t be undone.
